Who do we ship with?
We ship all orders carbon-neutrally with DHL . If you're not home for delivery, you'll be notified by email. You can then easily pick up your package at a nearby DHL branch or Packstation . Alternatively, you can arrange a new delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
- Standard shipping: 2–4 working days (Monday–Saturday)
- Express shipping: 1–2 working days (Monday–Saturday)

Do I have to pay shipping costs?
- Standard shipping: free
- Express shipping: €7.90 (optional, selectable at checkout)
Delivery to a parcel locker or branch
When placing your order, you can also select a parcel locker or branch as your delivery address. This way, you'll reliably receive your package even if you're not home during the day.
Shipping status & shipment tracking
You can check the current status of your order at any time via the link in your shipping confirmation or in your customer account under "My Orders" .
