The Imanélle® attachments are made of hygienic medical-grade plastic with integrated fine stainless steel microneedles. They are designed for single use to ensure maximum safety and hygiene.
• Nano (0.15 mm): For sensitive skin & superficial care – no piercing, only gentle stimulation
• Soft (0.25 mm): For first signs of skin aging, light care effects
• Medium (0.5 mm): For treating fine lines, age spots, pores
• Intensive (1.0 mm): For targeted applications on deeper wrinkles or scars.
For hygienic reasons, each attachment should only be used once. Reuse can lead to skin irritation or infection.
Yes, all Imanélle® attachments are individually sterile packaged, so they are ready to use immediately – without pretreatment or cleaning.
1. Twist off the cap from the new attachment.
2. Fill with serum or active ingredient
3. Turn the attachment onto the device
4. Attach the retaining ring – ready for use.
Use only thin serums, such as hyaluronic acid or active ingredient essences. Thick creams or oils are unsuitable because they cannot be dispensed cleanly through the cartridge.
